The FOI Unit in consultation with the Information Commissioner will issue Guidelines from time to time to assist Information Officers and public bodies in their interpretation and application of this Policy.

The Guidelines under the Policy is available online under INFORMATIO FOR PUBLIC and INFORMATION FOR GOVT  for the purpose of clarification and providing Policy advice.

Under the Policy, the FOI Unit will be mandated under the Policy to produce an Information Disclosure and Access to Information Manual based on the following information, which is summarized in:
